I believe that design is not just about creating beautiful things, but a tool that allows us to see the world in a new way. I love finding solutions that make people's lives easier and more enjoyable, as well as creating products that bring value and evoke emotions. For me, design is a way to make the world better.

Experience

Product designer — Digitalica design studio

April 2024 — present time

Designed web and mobile applications for B2B and B2C for the Russian and Italian markets


  • Surveyed more than 100 people, conducted more than 10 in-depth interviews and 7 tests

  • Analyzed competitors and references, developed the visual concept, participated in the development of feature lists

  • Built user journeys, designed wireframes, created clickable prototypes

  • Created UI kits, adapted and supplemented them with new elements of the design system

  • Created logos, icons, vector illustrations, generated graphics, worked on animations

  • Handed over layouts for development, conducted design reviews

UX/UI designer — Project work

October 2022 — April 2024

Created end-to-end design in product teams, organized the work of the design team, defended ideas and results before clients on projects:


  1. Web application for cleaning residential premises. User and administrator interface, personal account

  2. Web application for demand forecasting of products for a large retailer in the form of tables and graphs for internal employees based on data-science forecasting

  3. Web application for utility services for communication between residents and city services. Interface of the main page and sections, resident personal account, administrator and utility service

  4. Mobile application of a educational platform for medical students

Category Manager - Mars Inc, Kellogg's

August 2018 — February 2023

Developed FMCG categories in the largest e-commerce retailers (Samokat, Ozon, Yandex, and others) and offline


  • Analyzed market trends, competitors, consumer needs, and changes in their behavior

  • Organized updates to the category development strategy and tactics, shifting the approach from expert evaluation to data-driven and consumer research

  • Negotiated with clients, collaboratively developing win-win solutions and creating customized projects

  • Taught and consulted colleagues in e-comm — over the year managed to implement 6 strategic projects together with clients

  • Launched a dashboard for assessing the e-comm channel, as well as the process of its research together with BI to formulate more accurate KPIs and plans and track results. The analysis speed increased 8 times from one and a half weeks to several hours

  • Created a tool with the ability for quick analytics for 15 clients for marketing and sales departments, based on which insights were drawn and business changes were planned

  • Accompanied a successful campaign in an E-comm client, which we completed in 3 days instead of 30 due to meeting all KPIs
